Is there a list of closed trails. Or a list of Green vs OHV useage and we lost?

I am not aware of any "list". The problem is the environmentalists pick off trails and OHV areas one by one.

Here are some Dunes that I know of:
- Large portions of Imperial Sand Dunes (Glamis)
- Eureka Dunes
- Kelso Dunes
- Black Sands Beach
- Portions of Coral Pink Dunes
- Portions of Pismo Beach (Oceano)
- Marina Beach
- Panamint Dunes
- Great Sand Dunes National Preserve (Colorado)
