just wondering i have and extra laying around with 4.10 in it and was wondering if i could make it work in my cj. i bought it cheap and was gonna swap it into my f250 for the gears to match the d60 i swapped in it but actually made a deal with a friend thats gonna regear the 10.25 in the f250 for nothing, and i already have the r and p so it wont cost me a dime

I don't see why it would be any different than narrowing any other axle. Just do the same as you would for a FF 14 bolt. IF you search for "narrowing" I'm sure you'd get some good results
