Well which is better for a ford 60?? what must be done to put high steering on a ball-jointed 60, I know that the king pin one you can just put caps on the king pins that have the arms attached to them??

You will have to mill a spot on the ball joint 60 to fit the arms and the arms will use 3 bolts not 4.

King pin is way better/stronger. Converting a ball joint knuckle to have high arms seems like a lot of trouble? You know when u see peoples knuckles break off and the tire look all jacked. More than likely its a ball-joint. Try and get Kingpin if you can.
