Anyone know the spring pad meassurements (center to center of springs) on a 77 cruiser? Probably a stupid question but, oh well. <IMG SRC="smilies/usa.gif" border="0">

When I measured mine recently it was 38 1/8th inches HTH - that is a 74 BTW

Do you know if that is the same for a 77? Im sure they are close, but I need to be sure.

37.5 is about what they are. But just weld the pads above the old ones and you'll be fine.

Is that from your cruiser? Reason being I might have some axles built and need to know how far so they will be the same length.

My bad, Krusty is right, rear axles are approx. 38 1/4" center to center, and front are 27.5" center to center. That is for all FJ40/45/55.
