FJ4ZROX 09-10-2001, 07:04 AM Anyone broke their Warn FF rear axle (hub, spindle, axle)? Under what conditions? What type of drivetrain (engine, tranny, t-case,diffs, & tires) were you running? Just curious - I have one installed and heard some horror stories this past weekend. I have friends that have them an no problems. KMAN 09-14-2001, 01:03 PM No breakage here 350, sm420, 488, 35 tires. However, I do not run the hub, I run the end plate, which IMHO is less likely to fracture. The hubs stick out further than the plate and may get slammed by rocks. It is a wiz to pull the axles so for my purposesthe hub is no great advantage.
