Sep. 27 Mountain Bikes on the Rubicon [Archive]

Mountain Bike Race:

This is an FYI if you're up on the Rubicon Sept. 27-28. There's going to be an Adventure Race (mountain bikes) starting out at midnight the 27th, at Loon Lake, and biking the entire trail throughout the night. Ending up at Tahoma early am the 28th.

They plan to have checkpoints around Big Sluice and Observation Point. You're welcome to help or watch. This is a good chance for motorized folks to show that we can share the trail with mountain bikers just fine.
