Has your power ever gone out in the middle of the night? Does it wake you up when it happens? Ours went out about 4am so I've been awake since then :rolleyes: I heard it go out because my Mom's oxygen machine starts to beep...and beep...and beep...and beep. (you get the idea) The warning beep finally died on it about an hour later. Its amazing how quiet things get. And of course just about the time I fell asleep it came back on and scared the hell outta me. :rolleyes: So here I am and I'm cranky...:roxy:

Yup, ours died a week ago today at 4:15pm and did not return until 4:10pm the following day. I was part of the power failure on the eastern seaboard. Kinda eerie seeing a city of 3 millon or more in complete darkness. So we just went to the cottage for the weekend :D
