So I'm out with my wife while she's shopping for clothes tonight. I'm bored, so I'm looking at the stuff on the racks too.

I pick up this one blouse and glance at the size.

Petite Extra Large? :confused: WTF is that?

Petite = small
Extra Large = big

How the fawk can it be both?

She explained that it's for short women who are, um, large in diameter.

So why don't they just call 'em "Short Fat" clothes? :confused:

petite extra large, grumble, grumble ...

it's not "good to know" you just know. Something about sitting waiting your ass off in the petite section in the one chair they have by the dressing room door.

Clothes shopping with women is one of the most agonizing things I can subject myself to. I'd rather go to work. I usually wind up standing in front of a rack of clothes or in a chair at the changing rooms, staring into space and dreaming about trucks or tools. I must look like a damn retard.

How women's clothing stores would make twenty seventy one hundred dollars (that's a lot)

sell beer near 'the chair'

I've never heard of that either and I worked in the petite setion of a clothing store. They only went up to Petite large at the store I was at. But we did have a "Womens" section....that might have carried it....
