Born about 11am today (August 22) She weighed in whopping 9.2 lbs! (Poor Andrea!!) and is 22.5" long, big baby indeed! We went in at 10p last night and she was hooked to the IV about 11p. Just a minimum dose of Pitosan until 5am. At 5am they started to really start the Pitosan to induce her labor.. About 8am the doc. ruptured her membrane and it was a rocket ship from there.. (less that 3 hours from that..)

Andrea is doing much better.. Her blood pressure was pretty scary after the baby (like 70/31 !!) I was pretty nervous to say the least!! But within 2 minutes of that reading she was back up to 120/60.. Low, but much better... They are keeping a close eye on her.. and she should be home Sunday!

Beautiful baby. Congrats. I remember when my daughter was that little. She was 9lb 5oz. Now she is 10yo and 95lb.
