MSblast.B.worm (and) MSblast.C.worm [Archive]

Check out the symantec updates for Win2KPro and WinXP for these issues. I guess the worm has propogated into a B and C class .exe's that DO NOT affect NT and other platforms, but DO so infect 2K / XP / Win2003 and the server software's of all those OS's.

Plenty of downloadable virus protection and cleanout tools, not to mention Service Packs for all those platforms, located on that link.

Man, symantec is REALLY kool... who compensates symantec for their troubles i wonder?
