im looking at a 18x8.5 wood floor car hauler. 5'' cahnnel frame and tongue,5' built in ramps, set back jack. is 1045$ a bad price?or would spending an extra 330$ to get the same thing but a steel floor be a better deal? never bought a trailer before so please fill me in.

Texas is the land of trailers. Is that a price for a new trailer? Tie downs? Brakes on both axles? What rating on the axles?

A lot depends on those.
