Hey, I have a 95 YJ with a 4 banger and the check engine light came on. The engine runs pretty bad since it came on. I got code 24 which is tps voltage too high/low. Is there anyway to fix it? or is it something that I will have to replace completely?

thanks

Usually these are just a variable resistor that indicates how much throttle you are giving. It probablt needs replaced, but could just be a bad connector or wire somewhere. If you have a multimeter, you can probe it in voltage mode and see if it is changing with the throttle.

cab you adjust the TPS like on a toyota?

I am not familiar with the toyota TPS, but I imagine that assuming the TPS is just a variable resistor, and you knew what the valid range was you could easily add a potentiometer in either series or parallel (depending on what you were trying to acheive) you could adjust it however you would like.
