I have four ugly old dually wheels with good rubber I want to use but they're for 1/2" studs. I want to put them on a Chevy with 9/16" studs and use the DRW clamping ring. (The wheels are hub centric)
What size are the stud holes on a modern 16" DRW wheel?
Should I be shopping for a drill bit or a reamer? Hopefully this something I can do with a meaty 1/2" hand-held power drill. A 5/8" drill bit is my obvious choice, but I don't want to go too big or be doing it twice.
Any info appreciated.
