I'm getting ready to move all of my junk from Michigan down to Texas and was wondering how to get both of my vehicles down here.
My current plan is to get a 24' Uhaul and trailer, see if the yj with skinny tires on it (Full width axles w/ 39.5x15's on it currently) will fit in side and put the Waggy on the trailer.

Question is, does anyone know if a rig will fit inside of a Uhaul??? I'm thinking uhaul because they have the lowest box's and I can easily drive it into the back without ramps.

Having them shipped might be less money than all that time and rental fees you will have.

im assuming by skinny tires you mean ones close to stock size.

if thats the case how do you plan on driving it up onto the uhaul trailer with those little tires on it?

hmmm you might check the rental prices they get very high quick, especially on a 1 way. Paying a shipped like mentioned will prolly save you tons of time and effort. Then you can worry about the rest of the stuff...

well, not that its the same, but when i moved from santa barbara to san diego, i put my toyota with 37 in the back of the 24' uhaul, and loaded the rest of my crap over and around it, the truck was riding on the bumpstops the whole way too. I just drove my truck in the back. Also, the truck was over the weight by 1500lbs :D
