Anybody have any info on a rebuild on a dana 300 with a 4to1 Tera kit. I'm looking for torque and backlash specs if any.

Don't know of any way to adjust backlash on a T-case. I did my own Tera-low 4:1 and it works great. Have you started the mod yet? I can offer first hand help if needed.

No backlash in the case...just put the gears back in. The only thing i'd caution you to is when you re-install the set screws in the shift forks, DON'T get them crossthreaded. Take your time.

Thanks guys. I had to grid out the case a little more than I thought but everything went back together. The shift forks were a fun.
