background: got an old john deere lawn mower and i took the deck off to go off-roading on my property up north. was headin up a steep hill and the tires were slipping, they caught traction and i flipped backwards. not really end-over, but landed on its side. the main part of it landed on the inside of my left leg. my leg killed for about three weeks. well its two months later and i still have no feeling in that area...till i push on it real hard, then it stings for a minute. should i have it checked out? kinda gettin concerned...shouldnt have lasted this long.
thanks in advance for any help you can give!

Are you saying the blade hit your leg or your leg just got caught under the mower when it fell? Either way i'd get it checked out, that doesn't sound right.

Any inflammation? Even if not, have you had your tetanus shot within the past 10 years? When in doubt, err on the side of caution, get it checked out. Noone can diagnose an injury such as this over the internet.

no, the mowing deck was off...thats how i took it off-road! :D

there were no cuts, only bruises. i was just wondering if anybody thought it could be a fracture or who knows what else?

It's a deep contusion. Nothing (at least my doctor) said can be done about it. I have a spot on my thigh that has no feeling from an accident.

Are you sure you're in Wisconsin? This sounds awfully Yooper-like.

Last year while wheeling, we encountered two fellas dragging an old snowmobile behind a K5 Blazer! Yooper fun, eh?
