National Spring in El Cajon (San Diego) should be able to help you out....they made my spring packs and Mil wrapped the main/secondary leaf...

Alcan (http://www.alcanspring.com) can also make them.
I just got a set made and it only took 2.5 weeks to get them.

I am not going to tell you not to go to National Spring but I had MAJOR problems with them and their customer service. Not to mention they no longer fabricate springs but rather "design" them and outsource the actual making of the spring. Another good spring manufacturer is Atlas Spring and they are located in Los Angeles.
In the end yes I did resolve everything with National but when they bend a fucking spring mount so they don't have to remove my gas tank and then bend it back...that mount will NEVER be the same! :flipoff2:

thats good to know..I went with them about 5yrs ago and they did everything in house. I drove down there and they spec'd out my Wagon right there and then I had th springs shipped to me 2 weeks later....no problems...
They even called me out of the blue 2.5 years later and asked if the springs were holding up OK, and they were glad to here they were.... That is the customer service I was recommending. If they have in fact gone downhill, then I will no longer reccomend them....

i am working on a cj7 and want to go the direction 66cjdean went by using Dakota and Durango springs. this jeep is a spring over so a full length extra spring would help me battle the spring wrap problem. i just thought if i am going to be building spring packs then why not go with the military wrap style extra leaves, they are extra insurance on the trail. i also have a k5 with an unknown brand existing lift that i will probably wheel into the ground, and in my mind, the same principle applies. if i could add these type of leaves to it , i would. i have a couple of projects going so i made the original question vauge. thank you guys again for all the help.
