I have had a persistant leak on my Dana 300 and finally located it. The 2 holes on the side of the shift rod Boss where the denent balls are inserted into are missing the little caps that fill them. Any idea were I can find these at?

Thanks

Luckily I sell sterling silver discs as part of my business and used a couple of these (7/16" x 24 Ga.) to tap into my D300.
I can mail you (or any one else here) four of them if you will in kind mail be back two $1 dollar bills... if you find the OEMs scarce or a lot more expensive ...
You'd problably want the extras in case you FUBAR one or two learning to get them to go in evenly. A 1/4" blunt round rod (or small socket of that OD) is needed to drive the disks in evenly as these discs are slightly larger than the bores ... like a freeze plug.
Sterling is slightly harder and more springy than aluminum yet still extremely maulable so it creates a good form fit to seal the bores.
And since they are punched, they have a slight dome side to help get them started.
