I'm trying to decide whether I should buy this truck or not. It's a little more than I want to spend but I think it's a good deal.
99 dodge 2500 quad cab, short bed, sport package, 4x4, CD, AC, Power mirrors/seats, tow package, 24 valve cummins with 992xx miles. The body looks really straigt, it drives straight, shifts firm, stops well, oil was full, tranny fluid color looked good but smelled a tiny bit burnt. The old farmer had a long feather lite horstrailer behind it when he brought it to turn it in so I'm a little worried about the tranny.
the price is 16k. Is htis a good deal or should I keep looking. It seems way less expensive than everything else I've looked at.
what do you guys think. I tow a 16 foot trailer w/ a 4k lb jeep.
