all right, I have a GMcorp 14 bolt with 8 lug axle shafts and am thinking about making they 6 lug bolt pattern. I don't have the drums for this axle so when I make it 6 lug, anyone know which drums I should get and what years they came on??

Are you talking about the 9.5" semi-float with c-clips?

If so, 88-98 6-lug shafts from a 4x4 are very close to the right length. I'd assume drums from the same application work, but I'm not sure... this topic has come up lots on www.coloradok5.com
