The body is in so so shape, a little rust not bad. Full top, rebuilt motor and tranny, broken rear pinion and broken axle shafts. (Guy kept bragging about being able to smoke the 31's on the street :laughing: )

It's been sitting in his garage for ever, and he is now wanting to sell it. But said "make me an offer" And well frankly I got no idea what a decent price is on this thing. $500 too little?? :D:D

It depends on what it's got in it.
If it's a 70 than it's probably a D30 with Drum brakes, no power steering, what kind of tranny???
If he rebuilt the stock 3 speed you obviously aren't dealing with the sharpest tool in the shed.
I'd offer 500 and wouldn't go over 1200.00
You could find a used third member for cheap and axles are about 200 for a pair for cheapos
