Yes the C4 will fit.
Dana 20 and maybe the 205 for the Transfer Case.
You'll probably need to swap out your tail shaft of the C4 for a 4x4 one...the one from the Capri is not what you need.
Call advanced adapters for help.

The 351 Windsor has the same pattern as the 302. To make sure, if you have both sitting there, take some measurements of the pattern. There is a noticable difference in size

Wrong, The 351C (clevelend) runs the same bellhousing pattern as the 221/260/289/302/351W.
The 351M/400 runs a different pattern. Too many people confuse the 351C with the 351M.

I am glad you pointed that out. It is just what I have been told. OF course that is why I told him to measure. I stand corrected.

Eric You ARE the Ford info guru but, correct me if I'm wrong, don't the 260 and early 289 have a slighty different bell housing pattern than the Clevelands, big sixes (240 and300) and later Windsors:confused: And, hey, I see you got a Bronco now. You didn't have that before did you? I'm kinda of a Bronco fanatic myself! (I gotta put mine back together, though:eek: ).....Hans

D'oh (bang head against keyboard)!!!
You got me :emb2:
221/260 and early 289 do indeed use a smaller 5 bolt pattern. different than the more well known 6 bolt pattern........The six bolt pattern started in 1965, coinciding with the introduction of the 240/300 big six.
I hang my head in shame..........
