From the shape of your springs, Nolan, it looks like they have been doing a lot of wrapping. Time to get busy on that torque bar.

hey nolan! judging from the pic you have quite the pinion angle. i figure the rear axle has'nt been in there very long (since i just got your old one) but do you have any pinion oiling problems?

That driveline looks like it came out of either the front of an FJ60 or a mini truck ?

Hell that pinion angle is NOTHING!! I went from 33* to 22*, there will not be any problem with that.
THat is why I had to go with the Reverse Cut Dana 60 in the rear. With the clearance the 9" hybrid gave me in the front, I would LOVE to have one in the rear too.

22* do you have that seperate chamber for the pinion bearings, thats 4* more than Dyna recomends even with the extra chamber.
You trailer mostly right?

So how did you do that? It looks like the cross broke, that usually doesn't happen because of wrap, axle wrap usually busts the u joint straps off of the yoke.

Nah, it was the ears on the yoke...the driveshaft was too long and it had no play and when it wrapped I broke the ears off the slip yoke.
