Before you ask, YES Ive searched.. I feel like the search feature is useless, and doesnt do a whole lot for me. Here is my question. I have a 70's Ford D44 front axle with Drum brakes on the front. Its about 66" wide, and Id like to stick it under my YJ.. Well, it obviously will need a disc brake conversion, and Id like to keep it 5 on 5.5, which is what I believe it is now... Can someone tell me the easiest way to get discs for it? Just find the whole disc brake setup off an EB 44? Thanks. Oh, and for the record, I plan on running this D44 with a Fullsize Bronco 8.8 to match in the rear.. be about 66" wide on both ends.. guess I just have to run like 5" ofset rims to keep me somewhat legal eh?
