That show has gone downhill over the last 6 months. Used to have an expert on the team, plus people generally from the industry they were replicating.

Now its a buncha dumbfawk shade tree howler monkeys, who do not have any idea what they are supposed to build (and are proud to admit it), leaving the actual competition to be exremely boring.

Not to mention in this episode, there were no safety teams visually present, they almost ran over their own teammates 5+ times, and they randomly drove across vegatation and seemingly unmarked trails.

Plus the new hosts get so excited, making the same mind numbing gestures over and over again, and almost piss themselves when a vehicle actually moves.

You see, I actually like this show last year, and the year before, and that means that it must be changed, because apparently their target audience is drunk redneck retards, and thankfully I graduated to semi-educated drunk redneck retard a few years back.

Come on, don't hold it back...tell us how you REALLY feel about this.:flipoff2:
At this point, BOTH rigs look like CRAP....I'll be surprised if they even move, much less crawl over any significant rocks....

so this wasn't the junkyard mega wars one they had like 2 years back, when they made the multi purpose land speed/rock crawl/boat thingy and the americans won? didn't know they made another one. will have to find a way to watch it just to see what hairbrained shiet they can come up with.

This was an all new episode... If you are good, you would have noticed my Land Cruiser tumbling down a hill with 4x4Grrl at the helm. ;)

They showed him twice. Once going over, the other, well almost.
Missed your cruiser though.

I would have to agree that the show isn't nearly as worthwhile to watch as it used to be. now they're even repeating challenges. and it's always the same guys on the build teams....you mean there aren't 100's of other guys competent enough to build and make it work?

I was impressed at how much torque a golf cart actually makes. With tires, aired down, interesting possibly.

There was also a quick shot of shaffer in his old buggy "gettin it" at a comp. I saw the video on here, something like 3 gear, 4k rpm up the rocks. :D

As for the comp, that sucked ass!! I could have found a junk chevy truck out there, cut the body off of it, put a seat in it, welded the spiders and been done for the day at 9:30 in the morning.

I noticed lance's cruiser going over, and h8's big roll, (they showed that about 4 times)

and what looks like the toy longbed/pirate truck on it's lid.
(kevin or Lane?)

-- I changed the channel after they drug the sammi and the
golf cart into the work area...... a 2-wheel drive sammi,
powered by a golfcart motor just didn't seem very interesting
after all.

monster garage is sucking hind-tit also these days.

Doh! It was a 4wd samuria... and they used 2 golf cart motors. They could have done better with better tires and lowering the dam air pressure! And of welding diffs of course.

Lance

I thought the Sami was quite cool! I couldn't believe they actually got it to work. It would have kicked ass if they had welded the diffs...
