The guy down at the auto part store can't find the parts for the frontend. I do not want to go to the dealer or anything like that, the guys are sure they used to cary the stuff in stock, but just can't find the parts in the book. They are also really quick with geting parts once they know exctly what you need.
I am looking for the lower king pin bearing and race, and the upper teflon piece and cone race, i was told by someone that they come in 2 different kits. And i think there are some seals too.
by the way it is a chevy axle but that really does not make a difference.
These are NOT wheel bearings, i am talking about the knuckle bearings and upper bushing.(just so there is no confusion)
ASAP would be great, i want them by some time next week so i can assemble some stuff.
Thanks a bunch.

I just replaced all the parts that you are referring to but threw away all the packaging. Just call Sam's Offroad in TN. He not only knows EXACTLY what you need but also has it in stock most of the time and can make sure that you get everything you need. I got all my stuff from him and was not in need of anything.

I also have been on a search for service parts for the kingpin D60's
what I found is that neither Moog or McQuay norris make anything for these axles
The Spicer p/n for the lower bearing/seal kit is 706395x
the upper (tapered) king pin is 37302
the nylon bushing is 41886
I also found that CR makes the seal as a part (and I can get the bearings from Timken direct ) this is what I'm doing.......
soon, the Willys will be driving on the Sixty front...............
i have all that on a WORD document
but after i found it, i also found where i got it from
another canadian of course
http://www.gohumvee.com/pages/cruiserparts.html
hard to find, if you click the image beside the writing it sends you to the short version rather then this part# rich version

hmmm i have 706150X for the lower bearing/seal kit
the other two match what info i have. I'm looking at pages out of the spicer book for dana 60.
Call Drivetrain Direct Complaine, they have everything for about a $100. My friend tried really hard to get dana 60 parts through NAPA etc. with no luck what so ever, they can't get anything.

They couldn't even get me the right spindle nuts for my Dodge D60. Why would they be able to get that. Sometimes they hire some real winners at Napa. :)
Sending it up top for ya.
