The diff cover that came on my Chevy D44 is paper thin. What has a thick cover that I can get from a dealership(unless there is somewhere else I can get one). Don't say PNP because I already tried and they drill them here.

Not sure how much they are at PNP but for $15 I'll send you one.

Chevy fronts are like 15 bucks at P and P but you have to find a big lot where they dont drill them

They do it to train the fluids, before the car goes out into the yard. PNP does it to everything, tanks, oil pans etc

Bought two from pnp with holes. Got them home fired up the welder and filled the holes. Not that hard:D

I even think that would be a good oppertunity to make the cover more beefy, Like putting a 1/2 think piece of plate over the hole etc..

Yeah, I thought about that, but that would be a pretty expensive diff cover after I bought the welder and then a house with a garage to put the welder in :D j/k

I'll take yours Rockslut. Email me your address.

Go to a dodge dealer and get one for a ram 1/2 ton front, they look pretty thick, 3/8" or so. I've never seen a boneyard drill them before.

What you are looking for is a front cover any make. Rear covers are thin.
