Yeah but i also have another baby due here soon and theres no way i can fit 4 in the jeep.

Hell, I have an 81 truck with no running gear, not a spot of rust on it (from texas), or an 87 that has a little rust but was also from out a state needs a motor. You can have both for $1200. :flipoff2:

I've got an '84 22R (leaks a bit--front main) that ran when it was pulled. 190k, and it was run hard, but it still ran, and no smoke. $100 and it's his, no promises on if it runs well enough to make Cali emissions. It'll probably need a rebuild soon though. It's in Colorado, though... shipping would be a PITA, unless he wants to wait till I'm out that way next (probably not till spring).

For $500, I'd hope he gets a good one.

Yup as Erich said I am in desperate need of an engine. Been wanting to go efi for some time now too and i'm thinking this would be the perfect time. Matts what do ya got? Or anybody else for that matter. Even if it's a 22r not re thats cool as long as it runs good. Thanks scott, but like you said shipping would suck. I'll check around and will definately let you know. I'm hurting pretty bad right now and I'm tired of Erich making fun of my "POS Gross Polluter" as labeled by him. around 500 but if the engine is really worth it or I get EFI stuff I could probably go more. Not interested in stuff over a grand though...Thanks guys.
