Dana 30 front, Dana 44 rear. The original S-10 U-joints are actually bigger than what will fit in the Dana yokes. What is the cheapest way out of this???

So what year is your Dana 30? Earlier units used the 260x joint. The newest use the 297x/760x.

What exactly are you talking about? Try reading your question to yourself, and see if it makes any sence before you post it!!

But, I'm thinking you need what is called a conversion u-joint.

S10's don't have U joints. Unless you are talking about the driveshaft. If you are talking about a steering U-joint, then you are a dumbass. Of course a D30 Ujoint is different than a IFS CVjoint. I bet you are talkin about the driveline Ujoint though. Might need to get different yokes.
