My 1 year daughter loves to walk back here to the bedroom and bang on the computer keyboard.... she's always changing stuff and I have to figure out how to change it back. This time she has me stumped. I caught her back here today doing her thing, now when I load a web page (this site, my homepage, any web page) I get red X's in place of every image. What has she changed? I can't fix it this time without help!
Thanks!

In internet explorer, tools; internet options; advanced tab;
make sure your setting look like this:

Go to
<tools
<internet options
<advanced
<scroll down to multimedia
<select "show pictures"
i think...
I have the 'show pictures' checked, still nothing?
When I loaded this page, I got red X's in place of all images, avatar's, even the smilies and search/faq buttons. I can right click on an images and select 'show picture', then it will come up, I had to do that with your attachment MattS.
After I can get this straightened out, the keyboard is going up out of reach when not in use!

Nope. If I right click and hit 'show image' it comes up. I had to do the same with the reply buttons to find the 'reply w/quote' button.
She's a gifted little girl.... she just turned 1 year and can already do things with a computer that I can't understand!

You may have simply exceeded the allocated amount of disk space for your IE.
Go to
<tools
<internet options
<temporary internet files
and click on the settings button. Check to see what you have allocated. Or you can just hit the delete files button on the first page and try it. ;)
Fixed! Had to run the system restore disc..... didn't lose any data but EVERYTHING is set back just like when I bought the computer 3 years ago. :(
