Landcruiser Advanced Handling in Albany Oregon used to sell a 2 1/2 inch body lift.

I made my own which has been on my cruiser since 1994 (cost = $40 approximately).

PS I welded the body lift to the frame for extra security

hockey pucks work too ..
just stack two on each attaching point and bam you got a body lift ..
i will say i dont like body lifts your better off doing suspension lift or cutting to fit ..
keep it low and cut it to fit

LC4WD in Albany Oregon still has them for sale. I got mine from Ross years ago and have never had a problem with it. Putting the body lift on gave me more room to tuck the exhaust up away from everything. I would save the money and make your own though. The kit I got years ago was $125. You can use aluminum tubing or steel tubing and grade 8 bolts and cut your cost to about $40 bucks.

i made mine out of 50x50 millimetre square steel tube, which i just cut into blocks and drilled a hole through - cheap and effective. Those two go together so well in my eyes

I used 2x2x1/4" square tubing. Drilled a hole through the middle, used longer better grade bolts, and then welded them to the frame.
I would box the ends if I ever did it again or actually had the time.
I used steel plates to lift the fenders.

Sorry no pics, I looked but couldn't find any in digital format.
