Actually we finished well enough at CalROCS, but they dont recognize CalROCS as a quallifying event.
Next year we may enter some other events, so that we can be invited to the dance too.:(

In any case I couldnt have made it this year, my junk is beat to hell, and I dont have the time and barely have the cash to get it into fighting shape right now.

You got that right!
I just finished construction, 3 weeks ahead of schedule, on a new Big 5 sporting goods store. I have all of my final inspections this week, for an opening on Thursday. There is just no way I can walk away from the project at this stage.
Plus, we have the Pirate Clean up run, on the con this weekend, and this being my rookie season with the club, it wouldnt be good for me to miss it.
At least there will be great covergae of the event for us wishfull competitors.:D
