i have a 4 link front axle set up the same as a monster truck
with the inter to bars going to the center and the outer ones strait

my question is

if my tires are strait and i am at max flex my steering box and pitman arm half to move about an inch and a half in order to keep my tires strait but if the ram is mounted to the axle tube and the tierod it is going to want to move the same distance as the pitman arm but it cant or it will be working againest the steering box and would rip it off the frame

i would think

this is the same as bump steer if you hit a bump in the road the pitman arm mite only move an 1/2" or so and the ram could not

i under stand that if i had leaf springs the axle would move over in order to keep the ram and the pitman arm in line when flexing

If you set up your links right, you wont have any problems

The 2 work together so there is no way to put pressure to one without having the same pressure on the other. Fluid places the same pressure everywhere so there will be know problem.

another way to explain this is if i dont move my steering box would i be able to move the ram about an inch if forced is applied to it by bumpsteer

no, that is why the ram assist works as a steering stabilizer, in addition to the rest of it's jobs.
