Sorry - I searched.

Where is the thread with the picture of that nasty looking bug? I remember a picture of it on a cinder block wall...

Help would be appreciated - my wife's sister in CA found what sounds like the same thing, and would help to know.

Thanks!

EDIT: updated the title to help in the now "urgent" bug identification search.

:emb: Thanks for the help - I suck at this whole interweb thing.

Not the bug I thought it was, though - evidently this one has ten legs, a horzontal jaw, and looks like a scorpion without claws... any ideas?

I told my wife wife to tell her sister to squish the bastid and be done with it, but I got smacked instead...

Don't kill it!!! They're harmless (well, the bite can break the skin, but no poison). Those fawkers can catch small lizards in those jaws!

Looks like it!!!

Ya'll put an entire family's mind at ease.

The wife says thanks, too!

They are scary motherfawkers the first time you see one, huh? :D One of those things that makes you wonder if nature has a nasty sense of humor...WHY would something like that really exist outside of a horror story? :D
