I've got a spare set that are bent from the bolts being tightened down (it looks like overtorqued significantly).
Is this okay?
If they are supposed to be flat can I just put them in a press and straigten them so they are totally flat?

I'm assuming you mean they're "dished out". They look like the rim of a dinner plate? If they've been used before that's normal. That's how they look when you take them off.

Yah, that's the term I was looking for. They have been used (once I was told) before. Thanks for the info:beer:

Lessons to be learned w/ your beadlocks:
1. Check the torque on the bolts periodically. I do it before and after every trip.
2. Be glad you got Champions. The rings have countersunk holes at an angle. This is what Champion has to say: "Champion Wheel counter bores the outer ring at a 10 degree angle so the ring will flex and be able to rotate under the bolt head when tightening. This relieves the stress on the bolt head, especially important on the thick beaded bias-ply tires."

Thanks for the info head:)
No problem, don't forget the anti-siezeure on the bolts.
