Why not get the tried and true Hella lights? Or the IPF? I have the Hella H4 lights on my cruiser, with some.....let's say less than legal bulbs in em. I personally despise advertiser/vendors that mislead the public in any way. Not too mention they look to be all plastic, and real h4 halogen conversions are gonna cost at least that much for the ggod ones.
