I got screwed over by Quadra Suck, and so now I need to find another place to get a tank, because I refuse to ever buy anything from them again. I bought a Poly tank from them, but the quality was below par, and the pickup was on TOP of the tank. What am I supposed to do with the fuel line? Use is as a lap belt???

So anyhow, they now wnat me to pay shipping to return the poly tank, or they will send a call tag. Time on the call tag? 6-8 bussiness days!!!! I payed for 3 Day shippiong on this tank, and they can't get me a call tag any faster than that? So I have to wait 6-8 before they even pick it up, then it goes UPS ground to Penn., I wait a couple days for processing, then they will UPS ground me the new tank!

I don't have time for this BS.

I need to find somewhere else to get a tank!

http://mtscompany.com/ Are the guys who make your plastic tank. Good quality in my opinion, it's what I use.

JC whitney may still sell the steel tanks, or www.kaiserwillys.com, or www.northstarwillys.com sells them.

Problem is that in a cj2a the steel tanks rust if you really use the jeep. As far as the pickup being on the top - run a line, pretty easy.

My deal is I didn't/don't really want to put yet another hole in the floor, to run teh fuel line. So...

For those of you with a top-pick up style poly tank, how did you route the line?

Mine runs to the back of the tank, then up through the floor.
