I've been given a Eismann generator from a Unimog radio truck. It is benzine (petrol) fueled and puts out 400w@12-36vdc (?). There is a large connector with two female pins labeled 30 & 31.
The condition is very good. There are several levers attached to the carb and a quick-disconnect below the fuel tank petcock. I can provide more label plate info if needed. Is there anywhere to get more information about this unit? I'd sure like to see it run and would be interested in converting to a small 12vdc or 110vac
generator. Any help out there???

Go to the Rocky Mountain Moggers (RMM) website. You can find the link in the FAQ's or via search on google etc. You may find more info there.

I "think" I've heard they are not usable for US stuff. Frequency miss match or something like that.
