I've just ordered a set of ARB's (finally) for my 98TJ w/4.56 Dana 30 & 44. I already have a complete York OBA set-up with a regulated output that I am planning on using it to power my two ARB's... that I want to install over the Christmas holidays :)
Has anyone on this board done this yet and if so can someone please tell me exactley what's involved in this set-up?
Thanks in advance.

I've done it. All you need is a line going to your solenoids or manual switches that has its own regulator turned down to 85-90 psi. Nothing special about it.

Here's a pretty good site
http://www.webejeepin.com/jeep-onboard-air1.htm
do some "web wide" searches on yahoo or something, there are tons of people with on board air, and at least a few others that incorporated ARB's

As the other post said they run at 80-100psi is what the ARB pressure switch is set at so if you run a regulator off your system and then run them off the line from it you will be fine.

did it on mine, stick to the regulated pressure of 85-90psi and you'll be fine.

If you plan on using the ARB switches, you will need to modify the wiring. The harness for the switches are set up so that the compressor switch only supplys power to the rear ARB if the compressor is switched on, and the front ARB only gets power if the compressor and rear arb are on. Yoiu will need to re route power to the front and rear ARB switch, from a direct 12v power source. That way either switch can be actuated when ever needed. The supplied wiring diagrams are very, complete abd easy to read. If you have any probs with the wiring, post back, and Ill pull out my scematics and walk you through it. You could also just run high qaulity toggle switches from power supply to the solonoids trigger leg.
