What size tire are you running?
MTR say's anything over 35-36 go with 36...But I know a lot of guy's with 42's and no problem's with 16's (very little street use)...If you want to run full street pressure for longer than 12 hours then go with the 36's...But if you have a great deal on the 16's then go for it!

Find a nice set of alloy wheels and send them to champion. I think its $400. for a full set. Thats what mine were.
IMHO - 18 bolts is fine for anything you are gonna do....
i had 16 bolt bead locks and with my 35 x 12.5" tires i was constantly peeling the ring back and i would have to jump out and hit it with a sledge hammer to bend it back into place. then i went to a 38 x 14" tire and it has never happened.

I run 18 bolt MRT's with 39.5's and haven't had a problem yet. The barts are a problem because they are so thin is what I think because I have a friend who has them and they are busting bolt when he hits the road but not so much on the trail.

I run 36 bolt MRT's with 38.5TSL's and love them.. I've heard of the 18's and 16's having more leaking problems... I finally got mine dialed in and there 36'ers :D
