I've heard this can be done without too much trouble. Anyone know the details? I've got a chevy front Dana 60 (with Ford Hubs).

I did it to my d60 front with Chevy outers. If you're going to do it you may want to think about using Chevy outers since you can eventually go to the 35 spline stubs. As for the conversion, it requires some machining on a lathe and drilling with a drill press, so you're definately going to need a machine shop. I had a buddy do mine so it didn't cost me a thing, but he said if I was a paying customer it would have cost around $400. In conclusion, if you're still wanting to go ahead with the conversion, do a search! :flipoff2: I know that I have explained this at least one time and others have explained it, too. If you somehow manage to come up with nothing, I will explain it again.

Appreciate it "wheeler". BTW, I noticed we both registered May 2001.

The difference being that I actually have been logging on and using POR since I registered instead of just since yesterday. :) As a result, it no longer says "newbie" under my name. Good come-back, though. If you need any help on that conversion, feel free to ask me again.
