Just curious im tryin to get a set of Holly Hooker headers for my cj-5 304 v8 as a christmas gift and was trying to figure out if u guys knew anything equal to the quallity or knew where i could find the best price on them thanx.

Hookers are made in mexico and the quality sucks. Get a set of tri Y's from Thorley.

The Tri Y helps with the low RPM loss that other headers can give you.

I had Hookers on my 401. Like was said before. JUNK. Save your money or X-mas present for some real headers..

I HAVE HOOKER SUPER COMPS ON MY 69 CAMARO ...I USED A COPPER GASKET.....PUT THEM ON ABOUT 16 MO. AGO AND HAVNT HAD ANY PROBLEMS....I TIGHTEN THEM EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE BUT THATS LIKE ANYTHING ELSE.......

I HAVE ALSO RAN NO NAMES AND NOW I HAVE SOME CHEAP ASS SUMMIT HEADERS ON MY CRUZER...STILL NO PROBLEMS....

I THINK IF YOU TAKE THE TIME TO CLEAN THE SURFACES AND USE A GOOD GASKET AND SILICONE ......YOU SHOULDNT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS....AFTER FIRST RUN DONT FORGET TO TIGHTEN THEM 2-3 TIMES.....ALWAYS ORKS FOR ME......

What headers do u folk reccomend for a TJ... 4.0... gets wheeled for real.

I got new OEM 2001 model headers from the dealer cause mine had cracked... FREE

They are for sale unless u folk tell me they are just as good or better than the aftermarket ones.

So what do u say?

or should i save my cash and get a pair of headmens cause my headers have so many damn pin holes we have sealed up. My dad says i need a new exhaust so i wanted to know what would be right for the headers on the 304.
