I just put in an np435 and am no tranny expert by any means. The tranny seems great shifts nice, doesn't pop out of gear or anything like that. But, when you drive it in third gear it makes a rather loud chattering sound. Looking for ideas of what might be going on and what I might have to replace. aslo, doesn't seem to do it as much when I run the xfer in 4 wheel low, but then again it might not be spinning as fast.
