Ok, here it goes. I have a 94 F-150 with an E4OD in it, It's fine driving around town and on small trips but if I drive more than about 2 hours or if I haul something a good distance, the trannie pukes fluid out the front pump seal. I have replaced the seal and in the process, the front bushing looked fine. I have no idea why it doesn't do it all the time and just sometimes but it's bugging the hell outof me. I put a cooler on it about a month ago and it hadn't done it again till this past weeked. I checked the lines and the return line to the trannie from the cooler and it is cool to the touch so, I don't think it's geting hot. Anyone with info, please help !!!!!!!

I know you'd think after it's puked fluid that it wouldn't be, but are you sure it's not overfilled

No, it's not overfull. I just did a filter and fluid change a bit ago too. when it pukes, I lose quite a bit of fluid. I pulled into a gas station when I realized it was happening and watched about a quart dump in like 1 minute. It leaks fast, then stops, then I refill adn it's fine for the trip home. I have no Idea what the hell the problem is.
