I want to put a NV4500 in my truck (j10 4.2/T176/NP208), I want to retain my NP208, but I am flexible about the motor. I want to know what NV4500 I should be looking for in order to keep the costs, and parts ordered from advance down. Is there an application or stock configuration of parts that I can use?? Like I said, I may change the motor(?????), I havent put any money in it yet, so.........

If you want to swap the motor at the same time see if you cant find a 360 and NV4500 complete combo from a newer Dodge truck... That way you would have a nice V8 with fuel injection and everything.

Go to the AA web site and download the NV4500 guide. It covers all of the modifications necessary to add to any motor. I did the swap and used a 350, very minor modifications. The NV4500 is hard to come up with in the PNP's. I ended up buying one new, but not from AA. Paid $1800 for it new.
