I Just spent a ton of money rebuilding my 2F and balancing it and when I get it running and break in the cam etc. I cruise it around the block a few times (running fine) all of a sudden it stalls going around 50mph. <IMG SRC="smilies/crybaby2.gif" border="0"> I start it back up and it sounds like shi#. <IMG SRC="smilies/eyemouth.gif" border="0"> compression test says #4 cylinder at 130# all others 155#

Bummer, dude.......I know exactly how you feel. My tranny went out in my mini and I found one on the internet, some guy up in Oregon. He told me it was a good running transmission, put it in and go.

Of course me like a dummy, I trust the guy, spend my whole weekend puttin this thing in and....
I take it off the jack stands and put it in gear and I thought the whole damn thing was gonna come apart right there in my driveway!

I know you probably have checked all this, but did you torque your head properly? check your rocker clearances. if that is all ok, i would pull the head, check the gasket(MAKE SURE YOU GOT THE RIGHT ONE), drop the oil pan and push the one piston up from the bottom and take a look at the rings and cylinder walls. this may be something simple so don't get frustrated yet. good luck!
