Ok my dorman book is old(July '83)
I have a 3/4 ton chevy front 44 with dorman# 610-180(9/16-18x 2/18) I need to find something to match the rear ford d60 I have. I called the parts store and the ford uses #610-279. I cant find that number in my book at all. Can anyone help me out on finding the specs of that number?

So I need a 9/16x? for my rear discs. Im using 79 F350 rotors. How much longer should my studs be from stock?

79 F250 hubs. I realize I have to drill the holes out to 9/16 right?

There are 3 possibilities that may work first is 610-380 .614 knurl 3/4'' shoulder and overall of 2-5/16 2nd is 610-381 has a 618 knurl 2-1/2'' long and 3/4'' shoulder and the final which is a new part # a 610-419 .619 knurl 2-9/16 long with a shoulder of 1.00'' All of them may press into the hub but will be tight. hope this helps. I would try the 419 first myself.

DOH I just had a thought, is the rotor going inside or outside of the hub with your conversion?

Inside/backside of the hub

You will have to drill out your rotor to probably 5/8 for the shoulder of the stud to go through. Studs should press in without drilling the hubs

The stud holes in the rotors are already 5/8 and have about 1/16" on the backside of the stud hole.
