I am thinking about rhino lining a hard top for my TJ. Anyone have any experience with it and how it turned out? Pics would be great if you have them.

Thanks
Andy

I just repaired all the dings and holes in the OEM YJ hardtop and finished it both inside and outside with a dark sand fiberglass paint.
It looks like new !!! and the finish is very hard. I wish my flat green paint was as hard as this. You paint without much praparation (just simple cleanup and degreasing with solvent) using a roller. With 1 liter paint you will paint 2-2,5 hardtops inside and out and 0,5 liters hardener will do. Mix it 3 parts paint one hardener.
It is called MONOCAPA and you will need the actual paint and a hardener.

The paint is manufactured by:
ICI paints Wexham Road
Slough SL2 5DS , U.K.
Tel (01753) 550000

The paint hardener is AUTOCOLOR TURBO PLUS P210-822
Medium MS Hardener 1 liter.
The actual paint is TURBO PLUS MONOCAPA
P4 88- Ref AC DC41 Color : Beige Variant : 1

Hope to be of help

Saw a '67-8-or-9 Camaro a few years back with what looked like a factory vinyl top. Turned out to be black Rhino lined. Looked pretty good.
