Isn't it New Jersey that has static rollover testing for lifted 4x4's?
Just kinda curious, what's the "failure angle" that they're testing? We had to roll my truck this morning to get some skidplate pictures (it sure is easy to take undercarriage pictures with the truck on its side) so we winched it over, set it on a HiLift, and did the work needed... but we had to winch it to 50 degrees before it got really light and started going over.

Yes, it is definitely Jersey that requires roll testing. I purchased two trucks from that state and both came with certificates saying that they passed. I have no idea what the angle is that determines pass/fail though.

I dont know the exact angle (I'll find out next month when I go for tilt ), but I think you would be OK. Those skidplates look cool

I read an article a few years back in one of the mags, they came up with the same number, 50 degrees. They used two winches, one to pull it over and the other to hold it in place.
BTW Great Picture!
