Depends on the motor. What Engine are you talking????

Picked up a 115 v chainsaw for $1.00.And I'm tooo tired (lazy)to use an ax on fire wood after a long day of wheeling.Just toying with the idea.I'm not talking about cutting down big ass trees.
If someone knows the amount of teeth on the Ring gear and starter motor and how fast it spins the motor for starting, that can give me an @ RPM under load.Yes? A ball park figure ,any vehicle ?

the ring ussualy has 9 teeth and ther ring = 166. its a 18:1 ratio. free spin is about 6000-12000 pwm. anywhere in there. i know its a big gap..but thats what the book in my auto shop class reads.
